I first met Ellen years ago. She would come into The Center for Sports Medicine in Schenectady to work out in our Adult Fitness program. She always came in with a wonderful smile on her face. She would stop at my office door on the way back to the gym and we would chat for a few minutes. She was able to do a hard workout that impressed all of us. I always thought to myself that I hoped I would look as good as she did at 80. She was an inspiration to all of us there. You were a classy lady and beautiful inside and out. We loved ya Ellen. Our condolences to your family.
