David N. Rufer 56, died January 7, 2013 at home, after a brief illness.
Born and raised in Schenectady, David owned and operated The Copper Keg in Schenectady for over 30 years.
Survived by his mother, Estelle Rufer; daughter, Christina Rufer; 3 brothers, Edward (Roz) Rufer, Mark Rufer, Peter (Jeaneen) Rufer; 4 sisters, Marie (Russ) Stephens, Patricia (Mike) Peck, Anne (Phil) Osborne, Kathy Rufer, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his father Edward A. Rufer.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
