My heart-felt sympathy to the Leva/Monaco families at the passing of Frank. The Leva's were amazing neighbors in Rotterdam for more than 15 years, and I considered Frank and his wife like family. I owe my swimming and diving abilities, my love of travel, as well as countless life lessons to Frank, who was incredibly kind and generous with his time, not only with me, but my two younger brothers as well.
