Anne Thompson posted a condolence

Dear Connie
I was so sorry to hear that you lost your mother. I remember her very vividly especially from a visit, with Mom, to the Art Center. She was certainly a delightful lady. I know she and Mom shared a lot of interests since I know Mom spoke fondly of her.
What I didn’t know, though I’m sure Mom did, was that she was from Machipongo! Mom was from Onancock but left after HS to go to Mt. Holyoke, then to Waynesboro to work at DuPont. I grew up going to “the Shore” to visit all of Moms family. And I still have cousins there and have visited by boat.
Again, my condolences,
Anne Thompson Cotter
