I had the privilege to work with Keith@ United Airlines when I was 18 years old. he was always a gentleman and extremely knowledgeable about the airline industry. I recently saw him a when flying on JetBlue and I suddenly went from sitting in the back of the plane to the front of the plane. Keith was a great guy with a tremendous sense of humor. my thoughts go out to the entire family on such a sad loss. Anthony Gucciardo

Our deepest condoleances to the whole Terry family, especially his dad with whom he has been living for so many years. I got to know Keith when we both started working for JetBlue Airways in Albany when JB started their service from there in 2015. Keith was a character, we called him 'the mayor' , Keith knew everybody in the Airport!! He always had so many stories and always knew what was going on...... He excelled in customer service! soooo many JetBlue customers were asking for him when he was not scheduled to work. My husband, Bill and I had Keith over for dinner and a few times when my mother was visiting us from Europe, we share sweet memories about those visits.
We will miss him.
We wish you strength and pray Keith will have found peace.
