Dear Susan,Tom, Clay and Tory, we are so sorry for Tom's tragic passing. Tom is the greatest husband and father in this world. Stay strong! Tom will bless all of you in the heaven. Remember Me: To the living, I am gone. To the sorrowful, I will never return. To the angry, I was cheated. But to the happy, I am at peace. And to the faithful, I have never left. I cannot be seen, but I can be heard. So as you stand upon a shore, gazing at a beautiful sea - remember me. As you look in awe at a mighty forest and its grand majesty - remember me. As you look upon a flower and admire its simplicity - remember me. Remember me in your heart, your thoughts, and your memories of the times we loved, the times we cried, the times we fought, the times we laughed. For if you always think of me, I will have never gone. With deepest sympathy, Jack & Kitty Shea

Dear Newkirk Family - Our prayers and deepest condolences go out to you during this tragic time. We had a terrific relationship with Tom, both personally and professionally. He was a fair and genuine man and for that you should feel very proud. Tom always had an opinion on a topic and was never bashful about sharing it. That was always worth a few laughs either on the phone or over a beer. He will definitely be missed as the world truly lost a good and generous person. God Bless!

Dear Susan, Tom, Clay and Tory, We were shocked and heartbroken to learn of Tom's death--I feel like I lost my brother. My late brother, Brian and Tom grew up together and were best friends, as you know. Tom was like a part of our family and even after Brian's death, Tom always took the time to stay in touch with us all. I will always remember his laugh and his wonderful sense of humor. He was a good man and I am sure he and Brian are causing all kinds of trouble together again--only this time up in heaven. They will keep God on his toes. With love, Jim, Andi, Brandon and Meghan
