As a new inspector for the Dept. I was introduced to Bob. Bob was "Dairy Science Specialist" at the time and generated many memos as to the reasons we did some of the things we did. Untill my retirement in April of this year I had occasion to refer and reflect on "the good old days" when I used his memo's to clue new inspectors in on why we did things the way we did them. Some things are timeless- as are Bob's memos and memory!
