Nana was one of my very best friends. I could talk to her about any subject. She was surprisingly very up-to-date with any current topic you could think of. She was the only person in the family that stayed in contact with every single family member regardless of what tree branch you came from on the family tree. If you were a member of the Quackenbush tree you received a birthday card, Christmas card, Easter card, Anniversary card.... she probably kept the post office in business. She never forgot one single family member or one single holiday. It will be sad not receiving her cards anymore - I look forward to them even after all these years.
