Obituary of Beatrice J. Chonski

Loudonville - Beatrice J. Chonski, 92 formerly of Loudonville, was called home by the Lord on Saturday, May 5, 2014 at Ellis Hospital surrounded by love ones. She was born in Cohoes and was the daughter of the late William and Helen Cushane. Bea was employed by the New York State Workers Compensation Dept in Menands before retiring a number of years ago. She was predeceased by her husband Frank Chonski. Bea is survived by her devoted sister Mary White and brother-n-law John White II. She was the beloved aunt of John White III (Sue), William White (Sally), Kevin White and Mary Ellen Remillard and great aunt to several great nieces and nephews by marriage and great great nieces all who loved her very much. Bea enjoyed painting with water colors, bowling and playing cards, as hobbies throughout her life. Bea was a communicant of Saint Pius X for many years. Relatives and friends are invited to calling hours at the Jones Funeral Home, on Tuesday May 6th from 5 PM - 7 PM. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM, Wednesday May 7th at Saint Pius X, 23 Crumite Road, Loudonville. Interment will be in the Holy Redeemer Cemetery, Schenectady.
