Obituary of Ronald C. Groncki

Schenectady- Ronald C. Groncki 72, formerly of Schenectady, passed away Tuesday evening, January 24, 2012 at Hudson Park Nursing Center in Albany, where he has been a resident for the past year. Ronald was born in Schenectady, son of the late Chester and Regina Cieplinski Groncki. He graduated from Linton High School, class of 1959. Ronald worked at various restaurants in Schenectady as a waiter. He attended First Presbyterian Church in Schenectady. Survived by his sister, Sandra Groncki of Tupper Lake, NY and his niece, Theresa Petricca of Glenville. Predeceased by his sister, Patricia Groncki. A memorial service to which relatives and friends are invited to attend will be Monday morning January 30th at 10 AM at the Jones Funeral Home, 1503 Union St., (at McClellan St.),Schenectady. There will be no calling hours. Burial will follow the service in the Urn Garden at Historic Vale Cemetery.
