Schenectady- Angelina A. (Maiello) Villano 91, of Schenectady died peacefully Wednesday November 17, 2010 at home.. Born in Schenectadyon June 7, 1919 she was the daughter of the late Carmen and Concetta Menditto Maiello. Angelina was a life long resident of Schenectady. She was the loving and devoted wife of Alfred Villano whom she married February 3, 1946, he predeceased her in Aprol 20, 1990. Aunt Angie was loving and caringand cherished by all. She was also a devoted Yankee fan. Angelina was also predeceased by her sisters Frances Caffalette,Rose Ranalli, Mary Cassillo, Florence Maillo and brothers and Ralph Maiello. Angelina is survived by her brother, Carl Maiello of Schenectady as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian burial on Saturday at 9 AM at St. Paul the Apostle Church, Albany St. Calling hours will be Friday evening from 6 PM to 8 PM at the Jones Funeral Home, 1503 Union Street, (at McClellan St.), Schenectady for those who wish to call. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Schenectady. Memorial contributions in Angelina's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society or to St. Paul the Apostle Church.
