Obituary of Jean L. Corbeil

Scotia-Jean Lorraine Corbeil passed away on May 6, 2022. She was born on March 3,1926 in Agana, Guam to George S. Corbeil and Elizabeth M. (Tinney) Corbeil of Philadelphia, PA. Jean was raised in Philadelphia, PA.. Schenectady County has been her home since 2003. Jean is survived by her sister, Virginia L. Corbeil of Schenectady, NY and brother, Edward Corbeil of Huntingdon Valley, PA., nieces Dianne (James) Bischof, Madonna (Bruce) Bumbarger, Lorraine Hall, Lisa (Steve) Hollingsworth, Jackie (John) Dougherty and nephews, Steve (Kathy) Hall, Gary (Maureen) Hall, Edward (Vickie) Corbeil. Memorial Mass will be said on Monday, May 16, 2022 at 9:00 AM at The Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery, 2501 Troy Road, Niskayuna, NY 12309. Mass will be in the third Mausoleum across from St. Peter’s Shrine. Interment with Military Honors will be held immediately after in a site directly across from the Mausoleum. Memorial contributions may be made in Jean’s name to Birthright of Schenectady, 12 Jay Street #1, Schenectady, NY 12305.
