Obituary of David Todd Park
Please share a memory of David to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
David Todd Park, 46, of Tucson, AZ passed away suddenly at home on Wednesday, November 3, 2021.
Born on July 8, 1975, in Schenectady, NY to Shirley (Pollard) Park. David attended Schenectady High School where he graduated in 1994. David had a love for all sports, but, more specifically, Baseball, Basketball and Football which he played growing up and into his adult years. He shared this love of sports with his son and attended as many professional sporting events and University of Arizona athletic games as possible. David and Theo also enjoyed their time fishing, whether it be a local pond, lake or chasing Marlin in the Pacific Ocean.
David is predeceased by maternal grandmother Nina (Fowler) Pollard.
He is survived by son, Theo Park, longtime girlfriend, Vianey Rodriguez Castro, daughter, Valeria Lily Padilla Rodriguez, mother, Shirley Park, brothers, James (Amy), Kevin, sisters, Laurie, and Tina Park, in addition to several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who loved him very much. While in Arizona, David formed a second family who say that he was the best friend and father that anyone could ask for.
We would like to extend a very special thank you to the Padilla Family and Tyson Kessler for their invaluable assistance during this trying time.
A funeral service will be held on Friday November 19th at 11 am at Jones Funeral Home, 1503 Union St., (at McClellan St.), Schenectady. Calling hours will be Thursday from 5 PM to 7 PM.
