I was very saddened to hear of Kevin's passing. I have very fond memories of coaching our daughters' teams in softball when they were younger. I can remember being so impressed with the way that Kevin taught the skills of the game to the girls. He was obviously very knowledgeable about baseball and softball, but it was his gentle, patient, and caring manner in which he passed on his knowledge to the girls that was so impressive. His easy going personality and his great sense of humor made it a pleasure for me to coach with him. My deepest sympathies go to all the members of Kevin's family. -Mark Mattis

My heart is broken remembering so many happy childhood memories of Kevin and All the LaVallees. First memories as a little kid on the Little League Field but then getting to know how beautiful and caring Mr and Mrs LaVallee were to everyone and of course his brothers and sister. Besides Baseball, Kevin introduced me to his musical talents and the Rock Bands of the 70s. May God his Soul and Grant Kevin Eternal Peace. May God also Bless Kevin’s Family as they Grieve and Allow them to be refreshed with the Blessings of being touched by Kevin.

So sad;the things that happen when time passes by for what seems like a second .My thoughts and prayers are with people I always considered family.Always a good friend who set me up with my wife.So many memories .i will always consider Kevin a good friend and the family part of my growing up.My heart aches.
