Phyllis (Yancey) Koney passed away on January 22, 2019.
She is survived by a daughter, Vickie Shatley, a son Brent Koney and four grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband Victor in 2002.
Visiting will be from 10-11:00am on Friday, January 25, 2019 at Jones Funeral Home, Inc., 1503 Union St. (at McClellan) Schenectady, NY.
Burial to follow at 12:30pm in Saratoga National Cemetery
