Dear Family of Frank, I was fortunate enough to work with Frank as a School Librarian at Glendaal. I so enjoyed his Irish wit and his dry sense of humor, he would say a quote or joke and I would get it hours later- Frank had you thinking as such as the humor of Tony Randall. I especially remember his October bulletin board as a haunted purple haunted house and he would write SPOOKY over it for as long as I worked with him! I'm so sad to hear of your loss- Frank was a wonderful teacher and a great person and friend. Ellen Mulholland Huggins

Frank was such a sweet man. He spent a lot of time helping me put sheet rock up at Jefferson Street and we attended so many parties at his house, johns and mine. He and I went to the movies and would go out to dinner. Funny and sweet and a great person to be around. Heart goes out to his loving family. Doug Peek
